A one-off EstiMate property estimate report for a single Australian property, priced at $99. No GST is charged (we are not registered for GST). The report is delivered by email within 24 hours of us receiving your photos.
The report is an estimate and a guide for general information. It is not a certified valuer's assessment, not a sworn report by a certified valuer, and must not be relied upon for lending, litigation, taxation, insurance or any other purpose that requires a formal assessment. It does not take the place of professional advice about your own circumstances.
You confirm that the address you give is correct, that you are entitled to share the photographs you upload, and that the photographs show the property at the address you have given. We rely on what you send us: a report built on photographs of a different property, or photographs that misrepresent its condition, will be wrong, and that is not a fault we can be responsible for.
We cannot produce a report without them. If your photos have not arrived 12 hours after payment we will email you a reminder. Contact us and we will work out whether to hold the order open or refund it.
Placeholder: the refund position is to be settled and reviewed. In the meantime, if you are not happy with what you receive, reply to the email your report arrives in and we will deal with it individually. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
You keep ownership of the photographs you send. You give us permission to use them for the purpose of producing your report and for our own internal quality checking. We do not publish them and we do not sell them. Photographs are deleted 14 days after your report is delivered.
