Who we are

MyEstiMate is operated by T.M Ellis & M.D Scales, ABN 38 931 330 625, of 21 Crombie Ave, Bundall QLD 4217. Contact: max@myestimate.com.au.

What we collect

• The property address you enter, and the basics you give us about it (type, bedrooms, bathrooms, car spaces, floor area, any notes).
• Your email address, so we can send you your report.
• The photographs you upload.
• A record of your order and its status. We do not receive or store your card details — our payment provider handles those, and we only ever see that a payment succeeded.

What we use it for

Producing and delivering your report, answering you if you write to us, and our own internal quality checking. Nothing else. We do not sell your information, we do not pass it to agents, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

How long we keep it

Your photographs are deleted 14 days after your report is delivered. The order record (address, email, status) is kept for our own records and for tax purposes.

Where it lives

On servers we control, and briefly on the operator's own machine while your report is being prepared. Access is limited to the people who produce the reports.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — reply to any email from us and a person will answer. Deleting your order record before your report is delivered means we cannot deliver it.
